Das Video zeigt vier junge Frauen, die als fiktionale Charaktere verkleidet sind und spielt somit mit den Grenzen zwischen realer und fiktionaler Welt und dem Phänomen des sogenannten ''cosplay'' (kurz für ''costume play''). Der Künstler zeigt hier erneut seine Faszination für virtuelle Welten und deren Einfluss auf die moderne Gesellschaft und Kultur.
Cos I am entstand während eines vom bm:ukk finanzierten Aufenthaltes in Chongqing China.
